Reporting

Planning is one thing, but documenting successes and failures is equally important. Systematic implementation, assessment and evaluation of all measures is thus an absolute necessity, enabling you then to review your guiding principles and goals and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the overall concept. It is only in this way that suggestions for improvement can be developed – and then used to help optimize future sports events.
